Permit Pro was founded on experience, relationships, and a proven ability to successfully navigate the permitting and inspection process.

I am a female-owned business owner with over 15 years of management experience, including 5 years working directly in the construction industry. During that time, I gained hands-on experience coordinating utilities with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs), meeting with inspectors for pre-construction meetings, attending inspections in the field, and managing projects through approval.

Working closely with city officials and inspectors allowed me to understand their processes, expectations, and—most importantly—the do’s and don’ts of working effectively with local agencies. Through experience, communication, and professionalism, I built strong working relationships and learned how to anticipate issues before they become delays.

Permit Pro was created based on this track record of success. My approach is rooted in clear communication, organization, and accountability. I am detail-oriented, extremely organized, and continually challenge myself to move plans through approval and projects through completion as efficiently as possible—without sacrificing accuracy or compliance.
